…to the web site/portfolio of Kris 'Lykeios' Waller. Originally this site was going to be called Lykeios 3D not because you would have needed funky glasses to view it properly but because I am a 3D person.
Designer: First and foremost I'm a designer. I love putting things together and having a product that at the end of the day I can show off to people.
DJ: Yep, I am a DJ… though maybe that should be IJ (internet jockey)? Whatever I am, I have been doing it for over three years and currently hold the position of joint Chief Training Officer and for Gridstream Productions a streaming radio station.
Developer: Finally I'm also a developer. Though not my favorite thing in the world to do as it can be one of the most frustrating things in the world when a browsers… interpretation …of the W3C CSS standards means the fantastic design you've just spent hours making gets nudged by one pixel.

…pretty much all of my work is available on Flickr but obviously with firewalls becoming more prevalent and because no-one wants to trawl through the whole thing straight off the bat, I present a selection of my favorite pieces.
T-shirt design (front and back) for a charity event.
Personal project to get some practice in using Adobe Indesign. Used the Ford Mustang as I kind of fell in love with the car when it was used in the movie Gone in 60 Seconds and even more so when they used a Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR in the 2008 Knight Rider series.
Although the brochure design was put together in Indesign I also had to do some work in photoshop. The image at the top of the left side of the double page spread, the first image to the right, was originally red so I modified it to a blue colour to fit with the rest of the theme.
You can download the PDF versions of the designs by clicking the images to the right or clicking here and here.
Was asked by a branch of A4E, a group who provide assistance to people who have been unemployed for a length of time, to design some posters to basically brighten up their office area.
I came up with 3 standard designs utilising the colour used in their branding as well as their logo. I also delivered a combination 3 piece utilising one of the letters per poster illustrating seperate elements related to looking for work.
